Production Timeline: As all our creations are purely handcrafted and customized, the current estimated production time is 7–8 weeks. Including shipping time (typically 1–2 weeks), you can expect to receive your finished piece approximately 9–10 weeks after placing your order. The production time may fluctuate based on current order volume; we will update your specific schedule via email.

Key Requirements: Please provide 3–5 clear, well-lit photographs. It is crucial to include photos of your pet from the front, side, and back. Most importantly, please provide close-ups of your pet's unique features (such as birthmarks, fur patterns, ear notches, etc.) to allow the artist to capture their spirit. The higher the photo quality, the higher the replication accuracy of the final artwork.

Preview and Fine-Tuning Guarantee: This is our core commitment. Once the piece is complete, we will first send you high-definition preview photos via email. You have the right to request 3 free rounds of fine-tuning (e.g., adjusting the expression or fur details). We will only proceed with final packaging and shipping after you have confirmed via email, "Satisfied and Approved for Shipment."
