1. Total Delivery Time
Every PetEverX piece is made to order. Your estimated delivery timeline is:
Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Transit Time
2. Production Time
Needle-felting is a slow hand-crafted process. To capture your pet's likeness carefully, our standard production time is:
- Standard production: 10-12 weeks before shipping.
- Peak season or complex custom work: production may take longer, and we will communicate with you if extra time is needed.
The production timeline begins after we receive the clear pet photos and customization details needed for your order. Delays in sending photos, confirming details, or replying during the review process may extend the final delivery date.
3. Shipping Transit Time
After your order is completed and ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- International standard shipping: estimated 10-14 days after dispatch.
- Actual delivery dates may vary due to customs clearance, local holidays, carrier delays, or weather conditions.
4. Shipping Rates
- Free shipping: we offer free worldwide standard shipping on orders over $200 USD.
- For orders under $200 USD, shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier system.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
PetEverX is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping cost to resend the package.
