1. Total Delivery Time

Every Peteverx masterpiece is hand-crafted with meticulous detail by our artists. Please calculate your estimated arrival time as follows:

Total Delivery Time = Production Time (Crafting) + Shipping Time (Transit)

2. Production Timeline (Crafting)

Since needle-felting is an extremely time-consuming artisanal process, we require sufficient time to capture your pet's unique likeness:

  • Standard Crafting: Usually takes 4–6 weeks.
  • Peak Season (Holidays, Mother’s Day, etc.): Production may extend to 6–8 weeks.
    • Tip: We highly recommend placing your order well in advance if it is for a specific holiday or anniversary gift.
  • Please Note: The production timeline begins only after we receive all necessary clear photos from you. Any delays in providing feedback during the "Review & Refine" stage will extend the final delivery date.

3. International Shipping & Transit Times

Once you have given final approval of the preview photos, your order will be dispatched.

  • International Standard Shipping: Estimated 10–14 days.
  • Disclaimer: These are estimates provided by our carriers. Actual delivery dates may be affected by customs clearance in the destination country, local holidays, or extreme weather conditions.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE worldwide standard shipping on all orders over $200 USD.
  • Calculated Rates: For orders under $200, the shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your package is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor its progress.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Peteverx is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.
