Please read these notes before placing a custom order. Every PetEverX piece is handmade to order from your pet photos, so clear communication helps us create a more accurate keepsake.

Photo Requirements

• Please prepare 3-5 clear photos of your pet.
• Front-facing photos are best for facial details.
• Side, back, and full-body photos help us understand coat patterns, markings, posture, and tail shape.
• Natural light photos are preferred. Blurry, filtered, or heavily edited photos may reduce accuracy.

Customization Details

• Tell us which expression, pose, markings, collar, or small details matter most to you.
• For framed portraits, background color can be discussed after ordering.
• For figurines, size is measured along the longest part of the body, tail excluded.

Production Timeline

Our standard production time is 10-12 weeks before shipping. Complex details, peak seasons, or delayed photo confirmation may extend the timeline.

We may contact you by email if we need clearer photos or extra details. Please reply promptly so your order can stay on schedule.
