Photo Requirements

• Please attach 3–5 clear photos of your pet.
• Include at least one front-facing photo in natural light.
• Side, back, and full-body photos are helpful for markings, posture, and tail shape.
• Please avoid filters, screenshots, blurry images, and heavily compressed photos.
• Close-ups of distinctive markings, ears, eyes, nose, or scars are especially useful.

What Happens Next

1. Send your photos and a short description of what matters most to you.
2. Our artist reviews the photo quality, expression, coat colors, and distinctive details.
3. We reply within 1–2 business days with a recommendation, current timeline, and estimated price.
4. If you would like to continue, we’ll guide you to the appropriate PetEverX product and ordering option.

Before You Send

PetEverX pieces are handmade to order. Standard production currently takes approximately 10–12 weeks before shipping. Complex details, peak seasons, or delayed confirmation may extend the timeline.
